The Apple Cranberry Bread Pudding Pie

We start with our butter croissant pieces and then add in our stewed diced cinnamon apples and dried cranberries. We then add in our rich custard and bake these beauties low and slow in our pie dough. We top them with a light swirl of our sticky white icing and they are fabulous served warm.
