OUR STORY

We are the music makers, and we are

the dreamers of dreams...

PROUD PIE is a labor of love and a one of a kind concept, started in the Katy Texas area. We married two of the best comfort foods in homemade Artisan Pies and gourmet coffee. In June of 2024 we unfortunately had to close the doors to our brick and mortar shop in Katy TX. We are however still baking and available in limited Dish Society restaurants.
